At Pandora we strive to offer the very best technical support to customers that have a Support and Maintenance Agreement (SMA) with us, Worldwide.

Based in the U.K. with Support Centres in The U.S.A. and Singapore we are on hand to offer advice and diagnosis via phone, e-mail and skype. When needed, we are able to travel the globe to your site to perform repairs, commission upgrades or perform system health checks.

We offer two levels of service contract:

Standard

  • Weekday telephone and email support during office hours (UK: 9am - 7pm, USA: 8am - 5pm)
  • Loan Equipment scheme:- we will endeavor to provide loan units/assemblies/boards if a return for repair is necessary
  • Discounted on-site visits
  • 25% discount on spares
  • Access to all new releases of Platinum software

Extended

  • Weekday and weekend support (Weekdays - UK: 9am - 7pm, USA: 8am - 5pm. Weekend and Bank Holidays UK: 10am - 4pm)
  • Equipment replacement scheme:- we will exchange faulty pcb assemblies and parts (some exclusions apply) once yours are diagnosed as faulty
  • Two free days on-site engineering 'health check' visits (airfares chargeable where applicable)
  • 33% discount on spares
  • Access to all new releases of Platinum software

In the members section there is a Revolution User Forum, an FTP area and additional pages of information. If you would like to register please email us here with your name, company, POGLE Serial number, a user name and password (min 7 characters).
