Corrected means source image with colour corrections.
Functions are implemented over an ethernet socket.

Virtual workflow

• An EDL is used to load the source material onto the disk. This initial conform is achieved using the disk's gui.
  Platinum is not directly involved and this task may be performed by an assistant.
• When conformed a copy of the edl is loaded onto Platinum to form an initial empty list.
• This list is now graded scene to scene.
• At any point the operator may create a virtual source roll. A generated edl showing the material plus handles will be sent to the disk
• The disk will replace the current timeline with this new conform. No operator dialog is required as this will be a subset of original edl.
• When finished the operator will reactivate the original list. The original edl will be regenerated and sent to the disk.
• This process is repeated until the program is complete.
• At a later time a new conform edl may be available from elsewhere in the post-production process.
• The workflow is now repeated, except that the Platinum can reconfom the timeline metadata, so only new material needed to be graded.
• Now the operator can switch between the different conform on the Pogle desktop and the correct version will appear on the monitor.
• Also previous material, that is still on the disk, can be reloaded simply the opening the event list from the Pogle Vault.
