At the bottom of the Vault there is an button which changes the detail shown for each Vault item. Click to select the two choices.

Here each user is shown.
The size and the creation date is shown. When viewing Users or
Projects, this is useful to see who or what is using up all the hard
disk space. With Lists the number of events is also shown.
If all items are not visible, then the scroll bars
can be used or the Vault viewing area can be expanded.
