By default the Pogle runs in Film To Tape mode, where the telecine provides the source for the pictures and the timecode. If in Tape mode this can be changed by clicking on the Tape button in the Room Setup window.
Note that when you click on Tape the text will turn grey, indicating that the Pogle is now in Film To Tape mode.
