Copy + Swap DCP channels

In LIVE or PROGRAM, DCP2 channels can be swapped or copied.
Drag the required channel by clicking and holding on a luminance isolation
bar under the vector window in the DCP2 panel. Drop it onto another channel.
This will swap the all the settings for the two channels.
To copy one channel to another, hold down the QWERTY shift key before starting
the drag and drop.
These functions are useful for making multiple shapes or changes channel priority.
