Add the ip address of the Clipster into the Platinum /etc/hosts file as follows.
Turn on Clipster in the Platinum Room Setup panel.
Restart Platinum and enter Tape mode.
Hit ENTER and a thumbnail will appear in a new event list.
Open the Clipster Scans panel from Vault.
If not connected then make sure that the connection is enabled in the TCP/IP Config panel in the Clipster gui.
